|FIT & STRONG Strength Training Program||9:30 AM to 10:30 AM||ADDRESS: Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club Auditorium, Matong Street, Dareton
FIT & STRONG is open to all community members with the initial target group being men and women aged 50 plus. People who are living with arthritis, obesity, depression, osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory rehabilition recipients, first time mothers and physically or intellectually disabled people and their carers.
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT: All participants are required to attend a pre-exercise health screening and appraisal. You may also be required to obtain clearance from your General Practitioner. Contact Dareton Primary Health to arrange an appointment for your assessment on 03 5021 7200.

Immunisation clinics are held twice monthly at each of our clinic sites (Dareton, Buronga/Gol Gol and Wentworth). These clinics are conducted by registered nurses who have gained specialised training to provide immunisations and can provide support and information to parents.
|Balranald Tai Chi Classes||2:00 PM to 3:00 PM||Tai Chi classes are held weekly on Tuesdays at 2pm.
Tai chi consists of fluid gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo and breathing is deepened and slowed, aiding visual and mental concentration. It improves flexibility, muscle strength and balance.

|SKIRTS Aqua Fitness||2:30 PM to 3:30 PM||ADDRESS: Merbein Swimming Pool, Box Street, Merbein
A water-based exercise health promotion program for all ages to encourage participation in exercise. The program aims to increase the level of physical activity in a comfortable, supportive group setting and to improve levels of self-confidence and improved health outcomes. Forecast temperature must be 30°C or above. If less than 30°C, SKIRTS will be cancelled for that session. Dates may be subject to change due to public holidays, maintenance works at the pool, adverse weather conditions or availability of specialised instructors.
NOTE: Participants are required to bring their own foam float (eg aqua noodles), foam aqua dumbells (for resistance exercises), water bottle, hat, towel, sunscreen.
