|Balranald Community Exercise Programs||8:00 AM to 4:00 PM||Balranald MPS is offering a free community exercise program on Mondays and Thursdays. This program can be in a group or one-on-one. The groups are run by our Exercise Physiologist every second Thursday and by our Personal Trainer every other Thursday and also on Mondays.|

|Early Pregnancy Assessment Service (EPAS)||9:00 AM to 12:00 PM||The early pregnancy assessment service (EPAS) is an outpatient clinic offering medical care and emotional support for women experience symptoms of early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic disease.
Women are able to self refer to this clinic which is offered on all weekday mornings by a midwife. The midwife will arrange ultrasounds, pathology, a management plan in consultation with the visiting obstetrician, counselling, follow up, referrals to other services if required, contraception and pre-conception counselling.
Women who are bleeding heavily, have severe pain, feel dizzy or have collapsed require emergency treatment through the Emergency Department. These women can still have follow up care once they are stable through EPAS.
|Gynaecology Clinic||9:00 AM to 12:00 PM||Gynaecology Clinics are held twice weekly Monday & Thursday, A Referral is required and appointments are necessary.|
|Maternity - Pre-Booking Clinic - 1st contact with a midwife||9:00 AM to 12:00 PM||Just found out that you're pregnant? Speak to a midwife and confirm your expected due date and organise required blood tests, ultrasounds and routine midwife and obstetrician visits. A GP referral not required but will be happily received if you've visited your GP to confirm your pregnancy.|
|Hip Class||9:00 AM to 10:00 AM||
Hip class held every Monday and Thursday from 9am to 10am for patients who have had a hip operation or replacement. Drs Referral is required for physio assessment prior to entering the class.
|Waves Hydro / Musculoskeletal||9:00 AM to 12:30 PM||
Classes held Mondays , Wednesday and Fridays mornings
Patients to continue their independent physiotherapy program in a supervised aquatic setting.
