|Early Pregnancy Assessment Service (EPAS)||9:00 AM to 12:00 PM||The early pregnancy assessment service (EPAS) is an outpatient clinic offering medical care and emotional support for women experience symptoms of early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic disease.
Women are able to self refer to this clinic which is offered on all weekday mornings by a midwife. The midwife will arrange ultrasounds, pathology, a management plan in consultation with the visiting obstetrician, counselling, follow up, referrals to other services if required, contraception and pre-conception counselling.
Women who are bleeding heavily, have severe pain, feel dizzy or have collapsed require emergency treatment through the Emergency Department. These women can still have follow up care once they are stable through EPAS.

|FIT & STRONG Strength Training Program @ Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club, Dareton||11:15 AM to 12:15 PM||FIT & STRONG Strength Training Program supports the Chronic Disease Strategy, and was commenced with support provided by a Veterans Community Grant from the Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club, Dareton. Strength training can help reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic diseases. Exercise has been shown to increase the strength of your muscles, maintain the integrity of your bones, and improve your balance, coordination and moiblity. It is open to all community members with the initial target group being men and women aged 50 plus.
