|Early Pregnancy Assessment Service (EPAS)||9:00 AM to 12:00 PM||The early pregnancy assessment service (EPAS) is an outpatient clinic offering medical care and emotional support for women experience symptoms of early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic disease.
Women are able to self refer to this clinic which is offered on all weekday mornings by a midwife. The midwife will arrange ultrasounds, pathology, a management plan in consultation with the visiting obstetrician, counselling, follow up, referrals to other services if required, contraception and pre-conception counselling.
Women who are bleeding heavily, have severe pain, feel dizzy or have collapsed require emergency treatment through the Emergency Department. These women can still have follow up care once they are stable through EPAS.

|Obstetrics Clinic||9:15 AM to 12:00 PM||This clinic provides routine 20 and 34 week antenatal appointments for all women with the visiting obstetrician. High-risk women in particular may need additional antenatal appointments with the obstetrician throughout their pregnancy. The woman's allocated Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) midwife will accompany the woman to these appointments for continuity of their care. The appointments are arranged by the MGP midwife on the woman's behalf as required at an earlier antenatal appointment.|

|CardioPulmonary Rehabilitation||10:00 AM to 12:00 PM||Service offered for rehabilitation and education for community with heart and lung related health conditions. Preassessments are conducted prior to exercise sessions. Sessions run for eight weeks twice a week include exercise and education component.|
|TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS @ The Midway Centre, Gol Gol||11:00 AM to 12:00 PM||TAI CHI is an ancient and gentle Chinese exercise that is practised around the world. It involves slow, controlled movements that improve flexibility, muscle strength, balance and fitness. Studies show that Tai Chi helps to reduce pain and stiffness felt by people with arthritis. Benefits of Tai Chi include: helps to relieve pain and stiffness; relieves stress; improves concentration; improves balance; improves posture; decreases blood pressure; improves immunity; provides an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Training is provided by Primary Health staff who have completed their Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructors Course.
