CHILD & FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC (0-4 YEARS) DROP-IN CLINIC @ Midway Centre, Midway Drive, Buronga 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM The CHILD & FAMILY HEALTH Drop-In Clinic conducts developmental health checks at the following key stages:
* 1-4 weeks; * 6-8 weeks;
* 6 months; * 12 months; * 18 months;
* 2 years; * 3 years; * 4 years.
The specialised Child & Family Health Nurse is able to provide support and information on: feeding your infant; coping with sleeping and crying; your child's growth and development; immunisation; child safety; starting family foods; postnatal depression and distress; parent wellbeing; pregnancy; community networking and resources. Breastfeeding support.
Working in Partnership with Parents to Support Families in the Early Years.

PRIME TIME, A Health and Wellbeing Group, Memorial Room @ Visitors Centre, 66 Darling Street, Wentworth 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM PRIME TIME is an ongoing social, health and wellbeing group for women who are in the "prime of their life" (60+ years).
The group meets monthly for:
- health and well-being information
- socialisation
PRIME TIME is about improving and maintaining your social, physical and emotional health and well-being. It is about staying connected. Guest speakers will facilitate an informal chat about the topic for the day, which may include: discussions about travel, legal, dietician, mental health, wills, Centrelink and other varied topics.
Contact the Social Worker of one of the primary health workers at Dareton Primary Health to find out more about this program. COST: FREE - a gold coin donation towards afternoon tea is appreciated.
