PRIME TIME is a health and wellbeing group that meets monthly for women in the "Prime of their LIfe" (60+ years). PRIME TIME is about improving and maintaining your social, physical and emotional health and well-being. It is about staying connected. Guest speakers will facilitate an informal chat about the topic for the day, which may include: discussions about travel, legal,dietician, mental health, wills, Centrelink and other varied topics. COST: Free. A gold coin towards afternoon tea is appreciated.
